Multicultural Girls-Only and Boys-Only Midwest Summer Camp
We're so glad that you are considering our girls or boys Midwest summer camp program!
Just the fact that you’re researching camp opportunities for the special child in your life signifies that you already know how summer camp can be a vital part of a child’s growth and development, providing healthy opportunities to discover, explore, grow, and have fun. The camp experience helps build character and enhance life-development skills, allowing children to connect with nature, themselves, and others.
Should your child attend Camp Kupugani, we’re confident that s/he will have the same positive experiences as our past campers, who have said things like:
“I learned things they try to teach you in school: respect, unity, diversity, self-respect, communication, decision-making and easy conflict resolution. Here they actually teach you those things!”
“It gives me more knowledge about life and teaches me to be brave and try new things. It gives me great and fun experiences.”
“Going to C.K. really helped me make friends, be happier, be more sure of myself, and pretty much be a better kid all around!”
Kids love it here…and parents are equally excited about our program. In our past 8 years of parent surveys, 99% of respondents would recommend our camp to friends. In 2014, the overwhelming majority of our parents noted their child’s improvement in:
Acknowledgment and Appreciation of Diversity
Conflict Resolution Skills
Personal Growth and Self Confidence
Positive Self Image and Empowerment
- Leadership Skills
Specific past parent comments include:
“I have never come in contact with such a wonderful group of people at a camp before. Everyone did an outstanding job, the camp was so organized, it was unbelievable.”
“Kupugani touches on all the core values and enrichment that we hope to instill in our child. My husband and I absolutely love Camp Kupugani. Our child gained immensely from camp.”
(More parent and camper comments are available here.)
Childhood is far too short…and because children have a limited window of opportunity in their lives to benefit from camp, the decision to begin a new camp experience should not be put off. The window for enrollment is also small – spaces are limited, so if you’re interested, please act soon!
Thanks again for considering Camp Kupugani…where kids have fun changing their world!
